Jacuzzi itself was nice but bathroom sink was falling apart being held up with wood and caulking knob for the jets for hot tub was missing so I had to wait for staff to come in my room and stay there for about 2030 minutes to try to give me a fix Parking lot still had snow lots of it Travel a lot couldn’t set up my PlayStation to TV to play and not very much options on TV to watch

The floors we're so dirty that after you took a shower and walked from the bathroom to the bed.The bottom of your feet were black. Your website lists that they have amenities, such as continental breakfast.They had no breakfast, no rlno coffee.They offered a granola bar. The ice machine never worked and our first 2 nights staying here there was some type of flood or pipe burst upstairs. So we weren't even able to flush the toilet. The police were here multiple times a day, every day. The staff was very friendly and did their best with what they had. Overha, this place needs to be updated.The pictures on the website are nothing.What the room is look like.
CEILING IN THE BATHROOM HAD HOLES. LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD FALL DOWN.
Save the ok four door looks like it wasn't even going to hold.
