Welcome to your stylish and immaculate home! We aim to provide a true New Haven experience in the heart of Wooster Square. This space blends historic charm with modern updates, featuring a bright, airy layout perfect for couples or solo travelers.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed with a plush 12-inch mattress and high-quality linens.
- Living Room: 1 Queen-size pullout sofa bed for additional guests or relaxing for a movie night.

The apartment includes a private full bathroom and a separate, well-appointed kitchen. Whether you’re here for a pizza tour or visiting Yale, this cozy retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

We provide a free street parking pass and a starter set of toiletries. For stays longer than a month, guests simply restock supplies as needed. One pet under 45 lbs is welcome ($125 fee). Because we’re in a vibrant downtown area, you might hear the occasional city hum from the nearby fire station. Need more time? Early 2 PM check-ins or late 12 PM check-outs are just $50, subject to availability. Please message us in advance to confirm!

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.

As part of our check-in process, all guests are required to submit a valid ID and a selfie for verification, and sign the rental agreement via our online check in form before arrival. This helps us confirm reservations and keep the property secure for all guests.

- $50 per stay for dogs (maximum weight 50 lb.) No Pitbulls & no Rottweilers.
- Cannot leave dogs home alone.
- Dogs may not sleep in the bed.

- Double check that all windows are closed.
- Be sure to turn off all lights and AC/heat.
