Once was a school, converted into brand new apartments. 1 of 2 units available right across the hall from each other. The other unit can be found listed on my profile page. A few streets away from the famous original Pepe’s Pizza on Wooster St. Close to Yale University, museums, restaurants, shopping, and near highways. So much to do in the surrounding area

New Haven is a coastal city on Long Island Sound, in Connecticut. Yale University offers lovely museums, including the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History, the Yale University Art Gallery, and the Yale Center for British Art. Many restaurants and coffee shops in the area.
