Staff very helpful & friendly. Room was clean & comfortable. After an entire day at Peddlers Village shopping and walking this is a perfect room for two sisters to put our feet up and relax.

There were used towels hanging from the bathroom door, and there was no body wash in the container in the shower. Then, this morning, the smoke detector went off, and it smelled like something was burning in the room. I alerted the front desk and they said it was just the heater. I don’t feel like they did anything at all to accommodate me or ease my frustration and worry. Overall, not a good experience.

Could not get hot water out of the shower. The water in the sink and shower did not drain properly so you had to stand in 6 inches of water in the shower. The front elevator is still out of service.

Staff at the desk couldn’t access keys for our room for 25 minutes. They made our keys not work when we went back to get our luggage even though they approved a late check out. That wasted another 20 minutes.
