Book the last minute getaway to New Hope and this house did not disappoint. It was so clean and welcoming. We had fun playing some of the games. The '80s trivia was much harder than it had any right to be. Both bedrooms were really nice. We only used the one on the front of the house. The heat was good. The bathrooms were clean. The water was warm. The kitchen was nice. I could imagine this place is really great during the summer with the little back deck to hang and check out the canal. It was nice to have the parking pass.

This was most well-appointed VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, with so many nice extras provided by the host, such as toiletries, cold beverages, coffee pods, and coffee creamers. It was a very nice touch. The location of this home was ideal for exploring New Hope shops and restaurants.

Great location with private parking around the corner. Very close to downtown New hope restaurants and shopping yet quiet and relaxing to stay. They are very dog friendly and there’s grass areas right across the street. House is well stocked with anything you can think of. Nicely updated also. Hose was very responsive to communicate and with a minor heating issue that was resolved quickly! Host was kind to offer early check in As well. Just note there are steep wood steps which for some dogs and people may be a little challenging Though was fine for all of us. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Thoughtful Hosts

The home was immaculate and comfortable. The location was amazing due to the proximity to shops, restaurants and canals. I have never stayed in a more thoughtfully put together home. They thought of everything, from the fresh water already awaiting my pet put in clean dog bowls upon our arrival to the brand new umbrellas set out by the door for the anticipated rainy weather. The amenities were amazing. PS - loved the abundance of rainbow flags around the home itself and in the town of New Hope, very welcoming and supportive.

Our stay was ok. I didn’t realize “air conditioned” doesn’t mean central air. There was one old model window unit in the living room that was supposed to cool the downstairs. It didn’t. We had to stuff paper towels around the gaps around the window unit to keep the cool in and the bugs out. Same thing with the master bedroom unit. The full bath needs a fan to draw out the steam as there’s no ac in the bathroom. The park spot was a reasonable distance but if you have more than one car, be prepared to pay . Probably nice in spring or fall.

New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return!

This house and location were great for my husband and two dogs! It’s close enough to walk everywhere but just far enough away to enjoy some quiet. Highly recommend and will absolutely be booking again!

Girls Weekend in New Hope

This property was perfect! It was walking distance to everything, spa, restaurants and dancing. The home was adorable, very cozy and full of amenities. We felt like we were staying at a friends place for the weekend. Most VRBO's have a cold empty feeling, not this house. It was perfect and we will be back again next time we head to New Hope!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice. It was well stocked, clean, comfortable and with in walking distance to everything. We had a slight problem with the heat and it was fixed immediately. We were totally satisfied would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Awesome location, perfect for our needs

The best thing about this property was the location-- in walking distance to all the things we wanted to do in New Hope. Property was clean, and met all our needs for a weekend visit. Check in and check out were easy. Would definitely recommend.

New Hope Birthday Celebration

The property was perfect. The pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. So clean and organized. And we could not have hoped for a better location! We all agreed we would definitely stay at the property again for our next trip to New Hope. Erica was excellent to communicate with both prior to and during the time there. Definitely worth a look when you looking for a place in New Hope!

Me, my wife and our dog had a wonderful time. The property was very close to everything on Main Street, which made all of our destinations walkable. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot!!

We were in New Hope for the weekend for a wedding celebration. We rented this place which was perfect location for where all the festivities were. We were in walking distance to most everything great house. It only has one full bath, but we worked with it. The only thing I would say is the living room could’ve been more comfortable with couches instead of just chairs so it’s hard to just relax and lounge if you wanted to and it did rain so we didn’t have the outdoor unfortunately to spend some time on the patio, which had a nice set on it, all in all, I would definitely stay again. beds were comfy. Kitchen nice set up and equipped. Host was good at getting back to us.

Exactly what we needed.

What a lovely, fantastic home, and such a great location. Booked a long weekend with my partner and our two dogs. New Hope was a blast to walk around with the dogs and eat at dog-friendly locations. (Everywhere). The outdoor porch was great in the evenings to relax with the dogs and some wine and people watch from above. Would 100% recommend, and visit again.
