Younger guests can enjoy their own dedicated kids' room on the top floor, while boot lockers and a covered two-car garage make it easy to settle in during every season.
Outside, eight private acres and sweeping mountain views create a peaceful backdrop for the stay. During warmer months, the brand-new pool becomes a natural gathering spot for swimming and relaxing, while the surrounding outdoor spaces invite long afternoons and evenings under the stars.

Mount Sunapee is approximately 20 minutes away, making the home a convenient base for both outdoor adventures and relaxed days in town.

A note for guests: The neighborhood is private and quiet, and local authorities are notified regarding parties or excessive noise. Please make sure all arriving guests have accurate directions to the property.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There is central AC throughout the whole house. Temperature is controlled with the thermostats. There's a thermostat in the kitchen and two upstairs.
Pool: Our outdoor pools typically open for Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 15 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 15 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
Fireworks and/or parties not allowed. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and neighbors will call the police.
