Centrally located for travelling to all parts of P.E.I. 30 minutes to both Charlottetown and Summerside. Ducks UnLimited protected pond has 2 America Eagles,3 Geese,1Ausprey and a Beaver.
The Gated Community has a Community Centre that has a kitchen, pool, games room, exercise room, shuffle board, putt putt, reception room and a 9 hole golf course.
The world famous Cavendish Sand Dunes are a cross from the New London Bay.
Prince Edward Island is known for its beautiful beaches and scenery as well as Entertainment. There are at least a dozen shows per night and you are central to enjoying them. The property borders on the Cavendish National Resort Area. The Hot Tub is to die for.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Cavendish Beach. An outdoor pool, a gym, and a hot tub are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a balcony in the cottage.
