This neighborhood is family friendly and safe. The Bywater/ Marigny Neighborhoods are a 5 minute drive away. The French Quarter is about a 10 minute drive away. The house is also about 3 minutes from the Chalmette Battlefield where many locals enjoy biking, running, or walking. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Only a short drive to the quarter. Great communication with the owner the entire visit. We will definitely be looking to book again on our next trip!

Max is an awesome host!

Our crew has stayed in Arabi numerous times as it is 1/2 way from the fishing dock and our favorite restaurants in New Orleans. Max is a great host and help us immensely during our stay!

Mardi Gras in New Orleans

My New Orleans stay was great! And what jumped off a great vacation was a great place to stay. This house was beautiful and as advertised. The host was generous, attentive, and quickly responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. It isn't too far from the inner city...about 15 minutes out. We had no problems during our stay. Thank you for helping make for a phenomenal trip!
