Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove an full size refrigerator as well as dishwasher. The rear bedrooms over look the pool area. Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa can sleep 6 total. Each bedroom is private. Very private suite on the second floor with all old hard wood floors, large doors, and many large windows. Located one block from St. Charles Avenue and the St. Charles street car line. This suite is 3.3 miles from the French Quarter and is a short distance by street car or Uber (5-7 Minutes by car). Landscaped garden area around the shared pool. Entrance to the Pershing suite is through the main entrance via the front doors. Beautifully decorated foyer with antique crystal chandelier and lighting. This is a private suite and not a shared space.
No pets allowed. However, we will allow one certified service dog with (1) appropriate certification papers and (2) a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Multiple service animals are not allowed.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
