I never send a Gm Manager work so hard he work in the Restaurant serving breakfast then I look and he was working at the front desk and then he was helping in the room never send a GM that work so hard.He had a wonderful personality and great attitude and customer service Mr Kendal I did a wonderful job.

Room was not put together well. Smelled of mildew. Bathroom tiny. The main hallway was soaked. All of the staff was very nice except for the older African American man. He was extremely rude. And I called this location directly twice before my visit to change the room without having the fees associated (which I was told by female staff could be done) just to find out when I showed up that this would not be honored. The food was terrible. And overall, not worth the price for the area.

I like that the hotel is not near the busy traffic but accessible on the service road that is parallel to the I-10 highway. The GPS is messed up in bringing me to the exact location. The GPS brought me to a storage unit across the hotel which is also on a service road on the other side of the I-10 highway. I also find the hotel unique with its location near Walmart, fast food chains and pharmacy. Be careful with the crowds just like in any major US cities.

You had to request housekeeping the day before and I did request it for the entire time and did nit get it. Customer Service at the front desk horrible. Also, they were having a event that included loud music and people all during the night, I ended up checking out early it was horrible!!

I didn't get breakfast too early for me to get up. I did feel safe and it was convenient for why I was there moving to and from. Rooms were clean and quiet and staff was very pleasant. No issues and next time I visit I plan to stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.
