The beds were nice, decent location that gets you near the city but not in it if you want to miss the hustle & bustle. Morning staff was incredibly nice! Their breakfast was so good for a hotel breakfast. However, the floors were covered in what looked like sauce stains, only one elevator worked, there was a loose paint can in the hallway and it was such a strong smell. Overall, I’d stay here again.

This hotel is going thru renovations. When it is completed it will be fantastic. The breakfast was good - staff worked hard to keep all items stocked. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt - they had it all. The front desk staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful. We wanted to eat someplace local and they referred us to New Orleans Food and Spirits! Amazing cajun food at a reasonable price. Definitely a local restaurant and that was refreshing- don't want to go to the tourist restaurants. The price of the hotel was very reasonable and had we stayed in the French Quarters we would have paid at least 3x what we paid,
