Flight delay so arrived at 3 am for 3 room booking. Asked for 1 hour delay in check out and they insisted on 50 dollars per room. Restaurant totally understaffed with average food. Took so long that we had to run back for our check out

Clean and very nicely decorated for Christmas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area very nice but it was a little too cold to go swimming. Everything was walkable.

Beware***The trash truck service for the French Quarter come around 3am-530am and they make so much noise you feel you're in a war zone. The 20 min of metal containers being smashed, banged, and dumped is amazing. The noise last 20 min and is louder than any NASCAR race, Airplane show, or Space X rocket launch. It's ridicoulus and it feels like it's deliberate. The staff at the hotel are amazing, but we could never go back due to that trash truck noise alone.
