Pretty decent stay. Cleanliness of room was very average and bed covers weren’t really cozy and comfortable. Staff was pretty friendly, breakfast was super convenient and I was very appreciative of how it went until 11:00am bc most end so early. Located in a great central area.

I requested room service every day, and on the second day, the bed and fresh towels were made. On the 3rd day, the bed wasn't made, some of the old towels were left over with all of the fresh towels placed on the floor, and the bed wasn't made. I want to thank the lady who checked us in was Sabrina she was perfect. Warm welcome, gave good suggestions, and called to follow up as to if the room was to my liking. She was off for the remainder of my stay, until check-out. We needed a late check-out to which she allowed and asked about my birthday pic. She was the best part of my stay at the hotel next to my bottle of bubbles and birthday card when I got in the room. The ceiling in the room needs some attention

We needed a handicap accessible bathroom and Sharon went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful about things to do and where to eat. But Sharon stood out in serving the needs of the customers.
