On the main floor, two large bedrooms with king beds connect to the hallways with a shared hall bath room with shower/ bath tub. The primary suite features a walk through closet and a spacious luxury bathroom with an Oversize soaking tub, large walk in shower and double vanities. Upstairs, a large private room with a king bed and twin bed and en suite bathroom with tub shower await your multi generational group. This property also offers a flexible office space with an extra twin bed for added convenience. Kitchen comes with a gas range and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Downstairs there is the washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy the calming patio set amongst tropical plants. A 2-car garage and covered patio complete the outdoor oasis you and your guests will enjoy. The home is located conveniently uptown on a nice street just a couple blocks from both Loyola and Tulane Universities, with easy access via car to downtown/French Quarter/Superdome and Arena. 15 minute ride from the MSY New Orleans Airport, 15 minutes to downtown.
