This stunning home, newly constructed in February 2022, is thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished with artistic wallpaper and unique pieces of local art. The main floor features a spacious living area with a striking designer couch and a hardwood slab dining table, perfect for entertaining. You’ll also find a full bathroom and a cozy bedroom with a plush queen bed on this level.

Upstairs, the home boasts three additional bedrooms, including an oversized primary suite with a luxurious attached bathroom. Indulge in the spa-like soaking tub or enjoy the spacious standing shower for ultimate relaxation.

The Neighborhood:
Located two blocks from the streetcar line, groups can easily spend the day exploring the French Quarter or Marigny neighborhoods. Street art is everywhere, covering buildings throughout the neighborhood.

The house is less than a mile walk from the live-music paradise of Frenchmen Street, and a 15-minute walk to Bourbon St and the Mississippi River.

Walgreen's, Starbucks, and Robert's upscale grocery store are .7 miles away. While street parking is generally available, there is a fair amount of street traffic and the block is a mix of residential homes and commercial businesses including the popular Dee's Xquisite Seafood and two dive bars: the GOAT and Poor Boy's.

The home is in an up-and-coming area in between the well-known Treme and Marigny neighborhoods.

Less than a mile away, you can hang at the Hi-Ho Lounge which has nightly live music, comedy, and dance parties; Kajun's Pub, a 24-hour karaoke bar; and The AllWays Lounge & Cabaret with drag shows and local theatrical productions. week in nola - st pats - great location

great place, very clean, spacious and short uber to quarter and frenchman street. not long uber to garden district. place worked great and safe. street outside looks slightly sketchy but left car on street for week,no problems. would recommend uber after hours, walked in day light from quarter as group. street party on fri/ sat night/ city noise as common in many city rentals ( bring ear plugs). every one in group liked place and 3 bathrooms /layout worked great.

Awesome VRBO

We loved the property and its location. We were nervous when we first arrived because of the large crowds and noise but realized it was because of a NFL football game located nearby. After the first night, things were much quieter. The water pressure in the downstairs bathrooms was not very good and the shower curtain in the upstairs main bath needs changing. Otherwise, we were all very happy with our stay.

Great Location , Felt at Home

I’m so glad we came across this house for our trip. It was close to EVERYTHING. I’m extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness and I kid you not, this place was immaculate. Nice large rooms, great decor and plenty of space so no one was on top of each other. I would highly recommend for those who like to vacation in more of a luxury fashion.

Beautiful Home

We loved the home. Very clean. Very well appointed. We had a great time in New Orleans. Music, Food and. just plain fun! Our only issue is the description of the location. We like to walk wherever we can. This is definitely NOT an area you want to walk in. Also not as close to things as described. It was very noisy late into the night. Loud music, people walking by foul language etc. This was disturbing as we were 4 women traveling alone. (time to buy buy new bath towels)

Great house for a group

7 of us stayed in this home for a week during a group trip to NOLA. Great house with the perfect amount of room and nice back fenced in patio. Easy to get to and from all the tourist places around town with Uber, Lyft, or cab service. Ample parking on the street in front of the home as well as a locked gate surrounding the property.

Lovely house with convenient location

We had a fun week-long visit. The house has a good social space and comfortable bed rooms. One note: it’s on a fairly busy street which is quite loud, especially on weekend evenings, with a number of bars near by. Fine for us, but some folks might find the noise at the front of the house difficult to sleep through at times.
