I was stranded in the room for the entire 2 night stay. I am in a motorized wheelchair. Friday night I went up on the elevator to view the room to see if it would accommodate my needs. I went to go back down on the elevator and it was not working. I was told they were working on it and elevator service technician was called, but he never arrived. I had to call the fire department to come get me down from the second floor on Sunday morning. If you are disabled, and can't walk stairs well Do Not stay here.
This was the worst property ive ever stayed in. Room was nasty, room smelled like smoke, room was just dirty looking and very nasty. I am very disappointed with Comfort Inn suite. Room key barely worked we had to play with it several times before for entry. Elevator only worked from first floor, we stayed on thr 3rd floor and had to take the stairs to go down. Ice machine did not work on the floor. They had towels under the ice machine and it smelled wet in the hall way. Never again will i stay in a place like this ever again. The photos on the website are lies. This property is very trifling.
Don't waste your money! This place is horrible! My family and I booked a two night stay. The room only had one working light, well lamp, and only two outlets worked in the entire room. The lights in the bathroom didn't work. My daughter couldn't do her hair because the bathroom outlets didn't work. The tv didn't work. So we were in a dark room with no tv and no way to charge out electronic devices. Lastly, the elevator only goes up, not down, so we had to carry all our luggage downstairs. Our room was not cleaned and when we came back that night we mentioned this to the front desk and we were told, if you book more than one night they will not clean your room until the third, reason being, they were short on towels and sheets. Also, there were people hanging out in front the hotel smoking weed and you had to walk through the smoke to get to and from your car. I'm glad we only paid for two nights because we couldn't do a third night. We made reservations at a Marriott hotel and left.
My stay was not a pleasnt one. It started with me not being able to access my room. Maintenance had to jimmy the lock to open the door. This made me feel uncomfortable, not because I thought he would do me anything to me, but because it was so easy to do. Once in the room, the lamp didn'work and neither did the TV. I was given a second room that was already occupied. I then asked for a refund, but was told by the "Boss" that wasn't going to happen. Finally after an hour or so I was put in another room with a non-working tv. At this point it was 11pm and I was over it. Oh, while waiting in the lobby another guess told me she waited 5 hours for her room, so I guess I was lucky. I'll be contacting corporate in the morning. I didn't see the wall until I pulled back curtain the next morning.
Don't give negative reviews, but need to be honest
I typically do not leave negative reviews because I recognize that one person's experience does not necessarily reflect the whole. However, I felt an obligation to others that might book at this hotel to provide this in case they read reviews. When we tried to connect with the hotel on our way, we could not call because the phones didn't work. When we arrived, the staff member was great and checked us in, but we couldn't get into the room because the keypad didn't work, so the staff member had to use a tool to override it. The room only had two lights that worked (the bathroom and one living room). The TV didn't work. The bathroom fan didn't work. The sofa bed that one of our children slept on was old and dirty. The carpet pretty dirty. The room smelled pretty fowl. But we were tired and went to bed. The breakfast was great, waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, juices. Staff was kind but there was only ever one attending. Next night after getting back from the day we asked if we could change rooms. Went to the room, the key worked, but the room and sofa were dirtier than our original and the small fridge had broken through the cabinet floor and was sitting at an angle. We told them we would just stay in our old room. When we left I somehow forgot my suitcase. We tried calling all week but because the phones are dead we couldn't call. They did keep it and I was able to get it (thankfully) though they said they were just about to throw it out because no one claimed it. Rough hotel.

No one was consistent at the deal. The elevator was broke. One lady in the wheelchair couldn’t get down the elevator the police was called because we couldn’t find no one to help. The breakfast staff couldn’t help us. They didn’t have ANY meat for breakfast, nor fruits (but it was free breakfast). My television never worked in my room. This was my worst stay ever. I stayed at this location 5 years ago and it was nothing like this.
Our reservation was made months ago and already had a day paid with the cc on file. At check-in, I was informed the reservation had been cancelled. My wife came in with the reservation number and proof of payment and all of a sudden the reservation was found.
Once we did get checked in, the room had no remote for the tv so went to get one. I tried the lower the temp in the room to find out the AC unit did not even turn on. We did get repacked and moved but had to go back to get another remote.
This is our 5th stay over the past 3 years, the ice machine still does not work on the ground floor. You have to make the trip up to the 3rd floor. The ceiling tiles on ground floor are in the same shape from a year ago.
The large "box" has been in the same place in the lobby for over a year. The hallways always has the smell of marijuana.
It's really sad to see how the place is maintained.
It was old and dirty. Not clean. Stuff broke inside the room. Microwave was rusty and dirty. Lighting was flickering. Lights was missing. Walls were stained. Room was stinky. Iron board was broke. Room was overall terrible. I'll never stay there again.

The room and hallway smelled like mildew.
The door to the room was not working properly with the key card, the employees had to open the door.
Everything inside the room was very old and dingy.
The hotel is not the best the room I stayed in is so full of dust the bathroom has rust all over it all the vets are rusting and dusting the sofa needs to be clean or taken out the room the shade have all kind of spots and it ripped all up did know if it was blood or not and to tops it off the hotel has an odor from the last time I stayed there the hotel has went down

Hotel management separate the whites from blacks the room was mildew horribly blacks one floor white peoples on another I’m reporting this to the news so they can come see for themselves
