The staff was very cordial, very helpful when I asked about getting a hairdresser nearby. The check in staff took the initiative to look for one online and I was able to get an appointment shortly afterwards. I would have liked for there to be a closer smoking section outside the hotel room. Would recommend for convenience.

Fantastic Location & Super Friendly Staff

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with all of the friendly staff and their willingness to help. The location is great for anyone looking to be in close proximity and walking distance to the French Quarter, Bourbon St and Canal St. Hotel bartender Tyrone was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE Front desk staff were all awesome and helpful The reasons we didn’t give 5 stars across the board are: - TV in the bedroom didn’t work properly for two days. The maintenance staff did get it working one day prior to our departure tho. - Fresh pillow cases and linens were not provided each day even tho the bed was made by housekeeping. - Shower was not cleaned properly as there was a piece of paper in the bottom left of the shower that was never moved. (Room 735) I bet it’s still there. - Q-tips in the windowsill for multiple days - Bag drop and valet staff were hard to find at times

Great staff. Very nice. Room was very large. Sort of strange set up. Had 2 different rooms with a common area and bathroom in between both. Back room was great. Front room was noisy from the hallway traffic and other room doors. Very loud. Could hear the other room water running toilet flushing. Shower running. Our bathroom door was a barn door type, very cool looking but it wouldn’t stay closed had to put things against it. Location of hotel couldn’t be better. Beautiful property. The 50 for parking was to me excessive but it is what it is.
