Situated only a block away from the iconic St. Charles Avenue, this home is the perfect location to experience all of what NOLA has to offer. Built in the 1800s, this home comes with all the historic New Orleans charm; and includes a lush shared backyard.

The Space:
The studio is equipped with a queen bed, sofa, dining table, tv, and full bathroom. There is also a sink, dining plates, fridge a coffee pot. This unit does not have a full kitchen, but it is set so that an affordable and efficient space can be utilized. Access to the home is along the side, through the foyer. There is also a wonderful backyard behind the home that is shared with 3 other tenants.

Home is a 4 plex. You have full private access to your unit. Shared backyard.

The Neighborhood:
The home is two blocks away from the iconic street car to help you access the city. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.
