The room was way back in a dark corner with only a view of a way. There was only one plastic cup, no ice bucket and the lotion was empty. No closet, no drawers, only one hook. A cabinet that looked like there should be a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator but it was just empty sections. The staff was very friendly.

This is a typical hotel by the airport. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and quiet. Felt safe. Would stay again if needed.

Room clean and spacious. What stood out for us was how courteous the staff were from the minute we were picked up at the airport to the minute we were dropped off again. We would have no hesitation on booking this hotel again on our next visit to New Orleans. 😊😊😊

Love the fact the parking is free with your stay. Clean room and good a/c unit that works. Smells clean and breakfast was great. Only problem I had in my room is the hot water took a little to warm up and the tub kept clogging.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The room was newly renovated (no microwave or refrigerator) but there was a microwave in the lobby. The water was hot and the breakfast was decent. The only complaint would be it’s a food dessert despite the property description stating restaurants were within a 5 minute walking distance. The only options were the limited microwaveable pantry item onsite or delivery.

Upon check in, I was assigned a room. Upon opening the door to the room, I found the room had not been cleaned after the previous occupants-beds unmade/linens not changed, etc. I took a photo of the room & returned to the lobby for customer service. I showed my photo to the Days Inn Kenner Airport S front desk & advised the room had not been cleaned prior to me being assigned the room. The DI employee looked at his computer & apologized & then assigned me another room. I asked him if it had been cleaned. With his body gestures, he let me know he wasn't certain if it had been cleaned (the 2nd room I was assigned). He talked to another Days Inn employee & advised her of what I had told him. He told her to go to the room & check on it (the 1st room I was assigned that had not been cleaned). When I went back to the same building where the 2nd room I had been assigned was, it was nearby my 1st assigned room. Upon entering this room, I found the AC was not on. When I tried to turn it on, it would not turn on. I went to the room nearby where the Days Inn housekeeping lady was & advised her of the problem. She found that the AC had been unplugged & plugged it in. I thanked her. A few minutes later, I found a dirty hand towel hanging in the bathroom area. By this time, I was more frustrated & did not advise the front desk of this additional problem. Additionally, there was a low whistling sound in the room all night, like wind was blowing. This was not conducive to a restful sleep :(
