Bathroom faucet leaked constantly, flooding the counter. No hot water and soap dispenser was broken from wall, front desk didn’t seemed worried about these issues when reported. Room was small with low ceiling.

I had a room sitting on a NY city sewer system and the smell of Methane gas and foul odor. I told the staff at the front desk every day and nothing was done
