Location was great for conference. Breakfast and happy hour wonderful. Room spacious and comfortable. Ice machine on floor never worked during entire stay. Front desk staff always helpful and welcoming. Enjoyed time at hotel

My wife and I had a great time at the Embassy Suites for our anniversary weekend. Great location in the Arts and Warehouse district. Short walk to the river walk, many bars a restaurants along with the French Quarter. Only about a 25 min ride from the airport as well. This hotel was very accommodating.

Was not happy with my stay. The toilet leaked and flooded the floor. Moved to another room which had an electrical issue no in-house phones and ac control worked. Moved to another room. The only good thing was a great breakfast.

Changed rooms due to hair strands found in the bed, rust build up in bathroom area including near ceiling shower area. I asked the front desk staff was this building another place after noticing the walls on the floor including dated carpet with odor and learned used to be a sugarfactory. Once changed rooms, had to request linen after i was told bedsheets were changed daily due to cleaning crew only made up the bed with stained sheets. The bathroom is dated, uncomfortable stay. The customer service was subpar: very short tone with limited options. This all occurred after i checked in early on hilton honors app which does not honor and does not mean anything...why check-in and offered to choose a room and not honor it. I was told I could not have Rm 222 due to a football team and thier family/parents(this after she looked in white notebook) but yet it was the room the app chose and I accepted. I am spending money to stay at embassy suites only to learn this has never been embassy suites just used its name. I know for sure i will definitely pay attention to the reviews, this is the 2nd property of the hilton within two months just trashed with bad reviews, beyond words can explain. This place is poorly managed with subpar staff, the staff need to be trained. Later, a spanish-speaking service crew member was good, we used our cell phone to communicate. Other service members hopefully near future remove towels from outside the door and not remain during the day.
