Our property is situated in the Hoffman Triangle, a neighborhood conveniently positioned between the energetic Downtown and the more laid-back Uptown. This area is primarily residential, offering a glimpse into the lives of New Orleans residents. You'll find local shops and dining options a short distance away, providing opportunities to experience the authentic flavors and culture of the city. Enjoy the convenience of this centrally located neighborhood, perfect for exploring all that New Orleans has to offer.

Getting Around:
For those arriving by public transport, the nearest bus stop is a short walk away. Parking is available on the street and in the lot to the right of the home, free of charge. The property is approximately a 30-minute drive from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). Uber and Lyft are also readily available and cost-effective options for getting around.

Perfect house for a conference

We booked this house for a conference in town, and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. The rooms were great, and the back patio at night was very peaceful. We were a close drive to the French quarter and had so much fun!

Wonderful hosts!

The communication with the hosts was top notch! They were very informative prior to the trip, and quick to respond during the trip should we come across any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet, especially at night for a tourist-y city. The home was very clean, and very cute!

As in previous reviews the neighborhood looks a bit sketchy. It was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The house is clean and roomy. Plenty of towels for the the bathrooms, but it would have been nice to have dish towels

Family Mardi Gras Trip

We had a nice stay at the house for Mardi Gras. The neighborhood is ok: a bit far away from the French Quarter but 5 to 10 minutes from St Charles Street and the Garden District. I felt safe with the alarm and combination lock on the front door. We were greeted with a King Cake and Zapp’s chips. Very sweet of the owner to have this waiting for us.

The furniture and beds were not the same as in the pictures at all. and i mean not at all they need to change those pictures; the beds were hard, and chairs was weakthe house was so cold they came with 2 heaters the furnace guy came out and said the heat was on but it's the way the house is made its wasn't going to get warm because it was 45 in New Orleans at the time.they need new towels; we had to go buy towels because there's was nasty.we had big rats outside the house as well it was crazy we were scared to walk up the stairslocation was good to get to everything, but the neighborhood looks rough, and people was all outside on the corner

Great property. Interior and back deck are just awesome. Area is pretty iffy but honestly didn’t matter to. Super close to everything you want to see in New Orleans. Maybe not for bachelorette parties just bc of the neighborhood.

Beautiful Interior, Sketchy Neighborhood

It was difficult to reach managers to gain entry. Had to get VRBO intervention. Home was all it was portrayed on the inside but felt threatened and unsafe in the neighborhood. Grafitti everywhere. Appeared to be in the rough part of town. Was approached to buy drugs as we unloaded.

Nice Surprise

When we first arrived we were a a bit surprised by the neighborhood. But it turned out great. It was a really nice property. Also it was really quiet. we sat out back and didn't hear a sound so nice.
