Your vibrant getaway awaits in the Historic French Quarter of NOLA at this pristine bed & breakfast. Considered the Gateway to the French Quarter, blocks from Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, St. Louis Cathedral, with restaurants, bars and live entertainment.
We offer an historic top-floor suite with three private bedrooms each with en-suite baths, a private rooftop patio, and a personal key-code entrance.

We’re a family-owned property owned by the Sunseri family since 1921. Our Penthouse blends historic New Orleans character with modern comforts: high ceilings up to 12 feet, original cypress doors and hardwood floors, central air, fast Wi‑Fi, and recycled-material updates.

The suite includes:

Three private bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and private bathroom.

Open-plan living and dining area with French doors that open to the street.

Well-stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining.

Private rooftop patio for relaxing and French Quarter views.

Half bath adjacent to the living room for guests.

Multiple TVs with access to 50 channels and white-noise machines for light sleepers.

You’ll hear the pulse of the city through the French doors—brass bands from Louis Armstrong Park, the occasional drum circle in Congo Square, and the streetcar rumbling along N. Rampart Street. Our location makes this an ideal home base for exploring New Orleans’ food, music, and history.

Complete private access to the entire top floor, rooftop deck, and a private side entrance with a personalized key code. If we’re in the office below, feel free to stop by for restaurant recommendations or sightseeing tips—our family has worked in New Orleans’ restaurant industry for over a century.
