This restored 1906 historic home is located in the Lower Garden District—one of New Orleans’ most scenic and desirable neighborhoods. It blends classic New Orleans architecture with modern comfort, including a full renovation completed in 2019 with updated finishes, modern furnishings, and curated local art.

The home features 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, and a warm, open layout designed for comfort and relaxation. A backyard deck with seating provides additional outdoor space.

This unit is one of four private residences within the building, each with its own entrance. Guests enjoy self check-in via keypad for convenient arrival.

Great location! Easy access to Magazine and Downtown. Clean place with nice stuff. Unfortunately the apartment is directly next to a very well light parking lot. Super safe but the cars and the made it uncomfortable to open the blinds.

Excellent location and safe

Overall the location was perfect for our stay in New Orleans. We were mere steps from the WW2 museum. We had no problem getting and uber to take us wherever else we wanted to go. The noise in this location was minimal, which was great for being right next to the highway. The only reason I gave the property 4/5 stars was because of cleanliness. It needed a good deep clean. The walls had dust bunnies living on them and there was a bit of a musty smell or smell like someone had smoked in there. Overally we'd stay again.

Great area

Samsung tv was not good at all, spins all the time. I think the internet speed is low and causes the spinning. Could not watch playoff football while I was there. We were there during blizzard and heat was just barely enough to keep warm. Other than that everything was good.

Wonderful visit to New Orleans

We had a wonderful time, and this was the perfect place to stay! The location allows for easy walks to/in the French Quarter and the Garden District. The information from the host was accurate and timely without a lot of unnecessary communication. Highly recommend!

comfortable stay in a convenient location

We stayed in NOLA for a college event. This house is a couple of blocks away from the street car line. This allowed affordable and easy access both to uptown college campuses and the French Quarter. We could also easily walk to the WWII museum and the Ogden along with lots of restaurants and galleries in the warehouse district. The house is clean and comfortable. There is highway noise because of the proximity to the overpass, however, you are staying in a big city close to everything so it should be expected.

A great girls weekend!

Great Stay

Property was clean and well maintained. Great location that is walkable to attractions, dining , and the street car. We only drove our car once during the 4 night stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again on anther trip to NOLA.

Great location

House was clean and in a great location. The only thing we missed is having a full length mirror for when you get dressed. Short Uber ride to the quarter and safe location. There is a bar/restaurant next door if you get hungry and don’t want to leave the house. Expensive but an option. All in all, would recommend and definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay here! The location is central to so many attractions. There are several amazing restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Maïs Apres, it is exceptional and a 7 minute walk. Also Butcher is a 10 minute walk in the warehouse district.
