This place was really nice. The staff was really kind and the facilities were all clean and accessible. The room was super clean and quiet, and the bunks were so cozy, which hotel-quality blankets and a really comfortable. I liked the private curtain on the beds and the small cubby with a built in outlet to charge your devices. There are lockers both in the rooms and on the first floor, which was nice because even though checkout was at 11am, I was able to stash my luggage until I left town in the afternoon. Multiple private showers on each floor is so nice, too. I would stay here again and again.

I am going to rate this as one of my top three hostels ever. Great location. You can even get a public bus from the airport and land right in front. You can walk to everything or grab a tram at your doorstep. Great amenities. Kitchen that has coffee into 24/7. Lots of space to cook and sit and eat in an inviting environment. Common areas with comfortable seating and lots of it. Large tables with flugs that you can look at with lots of natural light. Snacks and drinks available for purchase. Great showers and toilet areas and lots of them. Tiled floor to ceiling and not a speck of mold, to be seen anywhere. Shampoo and body wash on tap. Comfortable bunks with fluffy pillows and comforters. Curtains to block out the light and window coverings to do the same. Bonus free towel. Excellent lockers big enough to put most suitcases in and is operated by your key card. No need to carry four different locks and figure out which one will fit. Free luggage storage is another bonus. It's like putting on the Ritz which was 10ntimes the price. I can't think of a single thing they can do better!!!!

Things went missing in my room, then upon checkout I was told that I had a no show balance from 2023 and I have never stayed there before this time. I reached out to management to discuss and never got a call back. They stopped serving breakfast company wide.not the same feeling as it was portrayed to be online

The staff was very nice and the room was very spacious. However, our room was on the Rampart street side, which was very noisy in the middle of the night and for about 2 hours, it sounded like there was a garbage truck idling on the street below. Also very disturbing. I found a pubic hair in my towel as I was starting to towel off. After, I was very paranoid and felt the sheets made me very itchy. I paid $90 for a queen. There are a few hotels that had specials for the same night at or close to that price so next time I'll just book a hotel and not a hostel.
