The room was spotless and fresh! It looked like a newly built room because everything looked new. There was not any noise in the hallway. It was very peaceful. Even though we had a balcony there wasn’t any noise from the street. I highly recommend this hotel and will consider staying there again when I return to New Orleans!

The room had a terrible smell and the floors were very dirty and had not been vacuumed. Chips and other stuff on the floor. The check in was terrible. We were left locked outside in the parking area because the entry cards were not set correctly. The room was only serviced on day two and they might as well not have bothered as they did not vacuum or replace anything. All they did was take trash which i had bagged and left by the door and replace towels. Many more issues and one of my worst hotel experiences.

This is now the only hotel we stay at in the city! The rooms are large, super comfy beds, very friendly staff and great location with 24 hour security! Free breakfast if you’re up early enough, and free coffee and tea 24 hours. Great staff! ❤️

Clean room, great area; no need to rent a car. In fact, we're very glad we did not. The trolley ($1.25/person or $3/day) is 5 minutes away from the hotel and it takes you to many places along the French Quarter/Market. Uber/Lyft we used from and to airport ($40) then twice during our stay. For example, the Casino ride was under $11. Super affordable, no need to rent a car. The hotel is close to a market to get groceries also. The hot breakfast is really nice and the eating area is nice too. This hotel is less than 3 years old so you can't really go wrong (it even smells new). We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by William; hubby and I don't think we've met someone as attentive as him; he showed us a map of the area of the area and recommended restaurants, markets, etc., while never appearing to be in a hurry. He took his time, and we could tell he was enjoying sharing his suggestions with us. We very much appreciated this. He made our first impression of this hotel a very welcoming one. William deserves 10 stars. The company is very lucky to have him on board. The others (2 ladies, different shift/day) were just ok. They did not go above and beyond. I guess we were spoiled on our arrival! There's only ONE thing we will complain about; the pillows. Soft as heck. Even 2 pillows on top of each other did not do the trick. They are so, so thin!!! We suggest the hotel invests a little in that area (we stayed 4 nights and got stuck with those). Overall, great experience!
