Make sure there’s enough breakfast until 930

The state itself is amazing. It’s in a good area. The hotel was clean. The room was beautiful. My only complaint is if you’re going to offer breakfast till 930 please make sure that the people who wanna sleep in until eight or 830 has breakfast when they get there. We go downstairs at 8:30. The waffle machine is empty. The omelette are empty, half the sausage and the potatoes are empty. Not everybody wakes up at the crack of dawn on a vacation.

This is an outstanding hotel for any kind of stay, but it was an awesome site for attending a conference at the Conference Center. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here if visiting New Orleans again in the future!

The property was in a great location for our cruise departure. However, the staff was not overly friendly, and the room and hallway smelled a little musty. Pillows were not great, but the beds came with many of them so we made it at work!

Perfect hotel to stay at the night before boarding our cruise ship. Our group.of 25 loved the hotel! My one complaint would be that they had signs and offered a free shuttle to the pier, but the sign said 8:00am was the first opportunity to sign up...when we arrived to.do it, all the spots were taken and we found out that people were allowed to sign up when they checked in....seemed unfair...people were angry.
