the employees welcome was not really nice, nobody says Hello or Good morning...except one guy doing the cleaning of the lobby in the afternoon. One of the 2 rooms smelled smoke so we had to change it. By the way the hotel is really nice, but these 2 days we service was bad compared to the price we paid

When we checked in the person had no personality and it seems that we were more of an inconvenience. I’m almost sorry that we had to bother her to check in. Then are room was freezing cold and at first the maintenance man didn’t know how to fix it. He was on the phone talking to his supervisor to walk him through it. That takes away from the time we wanted to enjoy our room. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I will not return.
