Checkin was very efficient. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. She sympaththized with guests coming from cruiseport hell and that it was our 50th wedding anniversary. So kind and thoughtful! Room was perfect. Spa tub has 2 jets inoperable and a couple spots repaired, but a godsend after being stuck at the cruise port for over 7 hours! Breakfast staff very efficient but not friendly. She kept all stocked and very clean. Maybe she was tired. Will definitely return.

The elevators were dirty and not mopped the entire 4 nights I was there. I had reservations a few weeks in advance but had to wait 3 hours for room to be ready. It was 7 pm before I could check in.

Staff was unresponsive to our needs. Room was not ready at check-in, waited over an hour. The wifi was down and they didn't care to do anything about fixing it, it was just a matter of resetting. No one was at the desk when we wanted to check out.
