Overall it was not a clean hotel. The details were lacking. Such as looks like there was a refresh of paint, they did not paint properly the old color is peaking out at the border of the walls. Our hotel room was not "clean". We checked the sheets and those were clean so we didnt complain but there were shoes left in our room, eye lashes left on the vanity, candy wrappers around the room, the room just did not feel clean. We had breakfast at the hotel. It was hot in the lobby. The brealfast was good but the breakfast room was dingy, dated and was not clean. To be fair we did come right before closing breakfast

I stayed for 5 nights… didn’t have hot water not one night!!! Asked for my room to be serviced, and it never was! Went to the front desk to speak with someone, and my reply was” we’re sold out” , and I’m quite sure everyone is trying to take a shower or bath at the same time” as the reason. Hotels seem old and outdated! Doors kept slamming …Will NEVER there again!

I am highly disappointed in my most recent stay. We had to change rooms because the first one has feces in and outside of the toilet. The second room had a slight order which I realized came from the air conditioner. There were not enough towels for all the guests, we had to turn in our towels and wait for clean ones. The side door was broken and was propped open all day and night. The breakfast if you could call it that was sparse at best. They brought out one tray of food for several waiting guests. The only good thing was the staff, although they were short handed tried. The desk clerk had to leave and clean rooms! I heard one guest beg her to just let her clean her own room!

Staff was friendly enough, kept their head down when we walked in but acknowledged us if we stopped at the front desk. Room was clean. We had high hopes for using the pool but it was covered in algae and staff told us no one can get in.
