Room wasn’t clean. Sputum on air conditioner. Nails and other debris found in room. Housekeeping didn’t come by during my 3 night stay. It was a holiday. They got to charge double, but didn’t provide basic service. I got over house keeping not coming, but the fact that the room hadn’t even been vacuumed prior to my stay really did it for me.
Was on the wall, no idea what this is
Hair ties underneath a bench. Yes, just a hair tie, but had the room been properly cleaned, it wouldn’t have been there
Someone’s false nail completely came off and was just hanging out on the floor

Room was perfect! Comfy beds and hot water in the shower. The people at the desk were amazing and so accommodating. I left something behind after check out and when I called they had found it and were willing to help return the item to my home. Very close to the airport which was great. I will return when I’m in NOLA :) Extra fee for breakfast, not included.

We enjoyed a stay at this Holiday Inn a few months ago before our flight out. We especially enjoyed dinner at the bar with James as the bartender. However during this stay the bar was so poorly stocked that James was struggling to meet everyone’s requests. There was no bourbon, no unflavored vodka and only 2 kinds of beer available. It was apparently a management issue. We won’t be staying here again!

Staff was extremely nice and check-in was flawless. Arrived from a cruise and was allowed an early check-in and given a voucher for the restaurant. Room was really nice, extremely clean and bigger than I expected. I will definitely stay here again.
