What I loved: The decor in the lobby and rooms was the ultimate highlight of this property; what a beautiful chic updated clean experience. The cafe and fancy bagels were also 5star. The uptown location on St Charles Avenue and on the street car line was also incredible. What I didn’t like: the TV location in my room was not visible from the bed without craning my neck. Personally I don’t love logging into my personal accounts for streaming services at hotels and that was the only option. My experience with the front desk ladies was polarizing; one was perfectly kind and informative and the other was dismissive, your typical GenZ worker. Street parking in the area is confusing and no one at the hotel could explain how to street park or pay the meters during the day/night.

We are in NOLA quite a bit and it was the first time staying at this hotel. Perfect location for a Garden District/ Uptown trip. Very walkable to my fav spots like the Columns, Atchafalaya and Magazine restaurants. The rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Beautiful hotel with a slight inconvenience

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The only issue was the lack of internal sound proofing. We were able to hear everything coming from our neighbours's room, which was unfortunate. Also, the choice of hardwood floors, although beautiful, let's you hear every step the upstairs rooms occupants make. Overall a wonderful stay, do recommend!

Property is great for being in the Garden District and a great choice other than the Hampton down the street. Hotel is right in front of the trolly line. Parking in the parking area is tight, and off a one way street, but there is generally plenty of parking during the evenings along St. Charles opposite side of the street. Hotel is a great little trendy gem - clean, great location.

Room wasn’t ready until 1-1/2 hrs after stated check-in time, which wasn’t pleasant after a long trip, but the staff and room were excellent in all other respects. I would stay here again.

The property was gorgeous. Really loved it but unfortunately the staff did not match the ambience. They didn't seem to be informed about resolving serious issues (for example we had an issue closing a door and the front desk staff member sent house keeping instead of maintenance). We ended up having to pull the door with all our might for it to lock which was odd. Also when I approached the desk to grab a dental kit the front desk staff greeted me with "Checking out?" No good morning or how may I help you. Overall staff was really disappointing.
