Nice hotel right near Bourbon St!

Beautiful hotel right near downtown and maybe a half a block from Bourbon St. Room was large and clean. We would love to stay here again when back in NOLA!!

Convenient location and very nice rooms!

Stayed here for a single night to enjoy New Orleans after a trip to Mississippi for a friends wedding. Awesome Location and beautiful property. The staff were friendly and it was easy to head out and enjoy the festivities on Bourbon street. Close enough to be able to get in the middle of it quick, but far enough that you're not listening to revelers all night. Will definitely be back.

Housekeeping needs to be requested daily or when preferred...Once we found that out service was good 👍 Location was only a block from Bourbon St...everything within walking distance

Couldn't even get to the hotel.....

Absolutely horrible...we went for mardi gras... we couldn't event get to the hotel.... i called a few times to try to understand and get info about where i could park. But after the 2nd time the person at the front said they were to busy to help me and thats it. Tried to cancel the reservation but got alot of run around.....So i didnt event get close to the hotel and i am out $800..... no refund yet or even a sorry.... I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone during any kind of event. I wont be ever trying to stay at this property again. So watch out with this hotel.

Property was conveniently located near Bourbon Street, close enough but far enough not to hear the noise. Front desk could have explained their room cleaning service. We did not realize that you have to hit a button by the door to get your bed made. Also, your room key cannot be placed near your phone or other credit cards or it will cancel out access to the elevator and your room. That’s a bit of an inconvenience. Upgrade your system. Other than that overall service was great.

Annual visit during mardi gras. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Valet parking is convenient in garage across the street. You have to carry your luggage from the parking garage upon arrival, but they bring your car to the front door and load your luggage at departure. Rooms are comfortable, climate control is slow to respond but maintains temps. No fridge or microwave in rooms. Inside rooms are quiet, street side rooms can be noisy. Many great restaurants and clubs within several blocks, good location for people who need to limit walking.

Better then the zomni

We went over there for the Super Bowl and had an amazing time. We stayed at your hotel for two days and then went over to the Omni. I would’ve much rather stayed at your hotel. The room was way better than what we had over at the other one.

Has a nice pool, gym. Easy access to Bourbon St. staff very friendly. Safe location. Pool is not heated as stated in hotel description.

The location was great. It’s a half block away from Bourbon street. Close to be able to walk to almost everything we did. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice. Only complaint was the bathroom was small. Not much space to put toiletries. Shower was narrow and no waste basket in bathroom. The shower pressure was amazing!! Pool is small but we did t use as it was chilly when we were there. Nice courtyard area for pool. Would definitely stay there again.
