Great location

Property isn’t a great location from Bourbon Street. But still quite enough that you could rest. Only downfall was parking was $56 and this was not listed on my reservation nor did the person tell me that when I got in he gave me a slip and said I could do valet, but did not say it charged anything until in the morning When I got my receipt

It was ok. Rooms need updating and not super clean. Coffee was not super hot and not made available often. Noisy rooms thin walls, hear everything. The sister property Dalphine was definitely a better facility.

I loved how close to everything hotel st Maria is. One block from bourbon street. Lots of restaraunts to choose from. About a 8 mts walk to the riverfront.

Excellent area for French quarter, close to music but not noisy. Comfortable bed, courtyard with small pool, friendly staff. Complimentary coffee and water but no room fridge. No breakfast or bar.

Hidden gem. Room is spacious, comfortable. Front desk gentleman was top notch. Wet helpful and welcoming. Incredible courtyard and pool. Very convenient to Bourbon St and the French Quarter. Parking - public lot 3 blocks away is almost half the price. $30 for 24 hours. Parking with the hotel or across the street at Royal Sonesta is $50-$55 for a day. Rooms don’t have fridges. Common area with a microwave adjacent to the lobby. Will be back here. For the price, location, and room, it’s a hidden gem. Shhhh. Don’t tell anyone. ;-)

The property was located right in the heart of all the action. It was easy to stop by the hotel anytime though out the night or day if things were needed. The downsides are that some things were older or worn. But overall I’d stay again.
