We were checked in by a very friendly, helpful and professional receptionist. The room was nice and quiet. Parking was very convenient although expensive. Location is very convenient.

The staff at the hotel were simply amazing even with the snowstorm hitting and people being stranded. They worked with everybody closely and made sure we all had a place to stay still they were so friendly and reassuring when I was freaking out about being stuck for another two days, but they made it so comfortable those two days that we had to stay extra

Pierre was the only good thing about this hotel. It was extremely run down and didn’t look as nice as the photos (room and hotel grounds). The key to the elevator didn’t work, the bedding was dirty, the pillows were completely flat, and was all around a disappointment. Staff was nice though.
