Everything was very expensive for the amount received. The sofa in Room 1050 is tattered and the springs are sprung. It was very uncomfortable. A previously made reservation to add one night to the other two nights and had a confirmation number for was not on the reservation roster so I had to get a room that cost $100/night more.

It was nice, safe, kind, & everyone was helpful. I saw breakfast options but we didn’t try them. We opted to walk to local places in the area. The hotel is right in The French Quarter so it’s a quick walk to everything.

This hotel is a glimpse into the past grandure of NOLA. Service is top notch old world style. Criollo, the restaurant, is excellent, and the bars, both of them, fun with attentive staff. Everyone from the house keepers to the doorman is friendly and polite. Also the SPA has one of the best masseuses, Bridget, that I've ever had. And to top it off, the location is excellent. To truly get the NOLA experience I can't rate it high enough.
