We love this property! When in NOLA there is nowhere else to stay! We have stayed at the hotel many times, this was our first time in the Iberville tower (new rooms). The manager on duty explained it so well - you are a new or old tower person. We loved the room, it was perfect but we are old room people! We know next time to book old room - there is no bad room, we just love the old room's charm. The service was, as always, impeccable - the turn down service is so nice. Top notch service from parking, to room service, and bell service - we always feel so spoiled! The Carousel Bar is always a treat - the French 75 was perfect! Our favorite NOLA hotel!

Property is great and in a good location. The valet took forever to get the vehicle. I wish there was a spot for the hotel guests can self park and not have to wait over a half hour to get a vehicle. There also should be complementary coffee for the guests.

Loved the charm of the hotel . All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Thank you . However our room was freezing. We a requested extra blankets and did get them . The room was just not comfortable . The service of the housekeeping staff and bell staff far exceeded our expectations . Management really needs to give staff options for temp control . Our 5 day stay never improved the temp in our room although we talk with front desk staff . Fix the room temp it would be perfect .

I would never stay at this property again. I accidentally booked two rooms. I called the hotel back and told them that I only needed one room. They refused to give me a refund in fact when I first call, someone said they would call me back and never did I had to call twice only to have them to tell me it was Mardi Gras and it was hard to book rooms during that time so I could not get a refund for an extra room that I wasn’t going to stay in.

We liked the quality of the room and certain employees were knowledgeable about the area. The ones that weren't knowledgeable seemed annoyed at questions we asked. Your website doesn't mention that the parking is billed additionally on check out and it is somewhat expensive. It is also inconvenient as the guest has to request the car be brought down on an elevator so if your forgetful and leave something in the car, it's going to be a pain to get to it. Also, you state there is pay movies, but I don't think that is an option as I saw no menu for that. The restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday which is very inconvenient for guests, I think.
