Check out was a nightmare, we booked 2 rooms and instead of treating it like one booking, They charged me twice for everything, charged my card for two different deposits, $900 each per room, taxes and fees were all charged twice, it just made things very complicated. Beds were wonderful, staff was awesome. Food was okay, way over priced.

Perfect!

It was perfect! We arrived early, we were able to check-in and check our luggage. We were able to start exploring the French quarter and enjoy the roof top pool. They sent us a text when the room was ready, and our luggage was in the room waiting for us. Best experience ever!
