Bed is very comfortable the room temperature phenomenal! But, the bathroom sink was leaking, No maid service for our trip, Towels were not changed! In room garbage was never emptied. When i called front desk to have them bring clean towels and garbage bags they said okay but never came! The pool surrounding walls are dirty! Discusting!!.
Garbage in the bathroom was also full and never emptied out.

Very comfortable beds, great housekeeper, felt safe inside the hotel. Most of the vast majority staff were very friendly. The swimming pool area was enjoyable and the gym was good. The restaurant was pretty good and the employees there were all kind and helpful. Miss Jackson who was at the entrance opening the door for guests, should be at the check-in counter. The woman who checked us out wasn’t very professional, she wasn’t very friendly. All in all we would stay there again. One more thing, the faucet in the bathroom needs to be fixed, much of the water was wasted when we showered.

The Hyatt is located near everything. The convenience was superb, the noise is moderate, the coffee is expensive and the lobby decor is amazing.

The Hyatt Centric was beautiful! The location was perfect and everything was in walking distance. Our room was large and very clean. The only disappointment was there wasn’t a “free” continental breakfast. However, I would recommend the Hyatt Centric to anyone.

loved this stay! Raquel at the front and every staff member were so engaging. The style and set up of this Hyatt was so modern and fresh. The balcony over Bourbon made our stay so exciting. Will be back here for sure

I enjoyed my stay here! I went on a girls trip. The staff were professional and very courteous! I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again. The valet men were helpful and patient as we loading up the car.

Comfy Bed - Incessant Noise

We reserved a specific room / room type. When we checked in, the attendant said that room was not available and offered no substitutes - she could care less. The noise from Canal Street went on until 5:00am. I have stayed in N.O. many times, and I am aware of the all night noise, but this was off the chart.
