Not right, needs fixing, NOW

We stayed for 2 nights and found out when we went to check in that you have to go to another hotel on esplanade to set your parking up (forty dollars a night) and then go to kerleric to park you car in a lot that's approximately 10 blocks from the "Inn on St. Peter.". The second night we were there my son, who is 6, fell off the bed, hit his head, and got a pretty bad gash on his head, I went to ask for help to get to my car so we could go to the ER and suggestions were made like Uber, taxi, or walk (after I explained the situation.) Called a nurse line, ended up just needing a bandaid, and front desk person first tried blocking the door so we couldn't get in and when we did to ask for a bandaid he said "nope, not a one." NO FIRST AID...

Loved my stay here and the city itself. Our room was just as pictured and the beds were comfortable, clean room and loved the historical atmosphere of it all. My family and I will be returning come fall.

Front desk service was great. The was some issues with room it rained inside our room, no microwave, no phone had to contact front desk witg my cell phone. Room wasnt as clean we found toys in one of the room and trash under sofa bed. Of course they were short of face towels we went to the store and bought some. Its older building that needs a bit of upgrades.

The property was great to stay in the area. Room was nice and cozy for a fun week. Especially since you spend most od the time outdoors. I did not like the smell the room had a moldy smell , it went away after the AC was placed and was running for a few hours.

Great stay, just enough away from the crowds but still in walking distance to everything. Rooms are small but enough for what you need. Did like that they use an app for your key room. Made it easy. Would recommend and I would stay there again.

Lovely historic building with the issues of same. No dining in less than .5 miles. Very quiet area once the Gay Pride parade was over.

Checking in was super easy and he helped us carry our stuff upstairs— the stairs were a little challenging but ok! We loved how close it was to walk to everything! We walked to the Armstrong park and the French quarter as well as the Riverwalk mall. It felt so safe! It was super quiet for us! It was clean and we loved our king suite! We had no issues here at all!

Great room and great location. Only minor issue was no mini fridge and the deadbolt on the door was broken. Everything in the French quarter was walkable. Coffee, restaurants and shopping nearby. Comfortable clean room and despite all the bars in the area it was really quiet at night. Would stay again.
