OK for discovering NOLA

Nice location, only 20 minute drive from the centre of New Orleans. When we arrived we first got a smokey room, although we booked non-smoking. The second room was not entirely ready yet and we never received the extra towels (there were only two large ones) and shampoo. The carpet of the room was very dirty, our slippers turned completely black. We did not use the kitchen, as there were no pots and pans. A complementary breakfast would be nice. The wifi reception was terrible. Thanks again to the young man behind the reception desk that helped us book a third night (only because we liked the city). He was very polite and nice, unlike his colleagues, and gave us helpful tips concerning parking downtown.

Sun Suites New Orleans

Das Hotel ist sehr dreckig. Bei unserem Eintreffen Donnerstags waren Bad und Küchenbereich sehr verschmutzt. Es wurde wärend unseres 8 tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht einmal Bett gemacht bzw. neu bezogen, keine frischen Handtüscher, kein mal bad oder das Zimmer gereinigt. wir haben selbst nach drei Tagen mehrere Rollen Toillettenpapier kaufen müssen. Auf Nachfrage hies es. "Es gibt nur wöchentlichen Service". Dieser wurde aber innerhalb der 8 Tage nicht einmal gemacht. Abschließend: Ich reise seit 1969 in die USA und habe soetwas noch nie erlebt. Das Hotel ist nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
