Fees, fees, and fees. Not only did we have to pay a deposit but we also had to pay for parking by the day. Staff didn’t offer any help and according to Hotels.common deposit was not required. Paying a hotel for a room and parking is wrong. And according to the Staff before I booked I should have read the paper in front of her desk.

Don't expect a typical hotel look. Looks more like an older office building butttt the property was clean, staff was helpful and nice, breakfast was good and hot! No complaints and enjoyed my stay.

Walked in and no one was at the front desk. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came. When I got to the room it smelled damp and the bathroom was dirty. Rust stains were on and around the sink, towel rack was broken, shower was discolored with peeling old paint

Very close to the airport, which was great. The room conditions could’ve been a little bit better. The bathtub seem pretty old and I really was scared to take a shower. Other than that I guess you pay for what you get.

The hotel staff was amazing from the time of arrival to the time of departure. Breakfast was hot every morning. The location was ideal if you want to stay close to the airport. However, the hotel needs some TLC. It's an old build that has a huge ant issue, the tub had a very slow drain, and there was no store on site. .

I think the communication between the LQ and Expedia could have been better at the start. I think that the noise of some guy in the hallway on floor three kept folks awoke 2 nights. I think the doors were loud when closed. The breakfast was okay but the potatoes were cold.. I think the carpets wrre shabby. I think that the front desk was good and very professional. The coffee maker in my room stopped and would not make a full cup. I think the room amenities were cmfy but there wasn't anything to stir coffee with but there was sugar and cream. The building was safe...from the elements.
