The room was terrible; there were roaches in the bathtub, the sink obvioulsy had been pulled from wall, reattached badly, molding did not meet nicely in corners, dirt buildup in corners.

The room was great for the price, but the bathroom outlet did not work. The elevator was kind of scary and shaky. The early morning concierge wasn’t as interactive as the late night one.

The day I checked in the room assigned to me was terrible as the bathroom shower was broken and toilet was not working and then I went and asked them to change the room they gave me a room that was not cleaned then I got into the third room after 45 mins of wait time again that room AC was not working and I could see hair ok the towels. The breakfast area was not properly maintained and the food was not refilled or sometimes there’s no one to take care of the trash and the high chair was broken which was a safety hazard. My kid ended by getting sick and got cold and fever, the room service was awful and they didn’t even clean the room after requesting it. Overall the stay was not good and I ended up Paying for the terrible service and room. The people at the front desk were rude and no proper service. My worst experience and I would like to get a refund for this stay.

Room and hotel was trash smelled stank room smelled like old piss. Bed was HARD bathroom had pubic hair all over it. The tub filled up when we showered it was horrible. I will not stay here again

The bathtub was old . There was pubic hair around bathroom sink that was not mine. Although Jeremy did change my room due to non working remote. He felt the need to pull the dresser out in the first room to show me the smoke monitor telling me the room smelled like smoke it was ridiculous
