We booked a room for 5 people, but there were only 2 full size beds. I requested a roll away bed with my reservation, but the night manager couldn’t access it for us. The breakfast was understaffed. There were huge lines and not enough food. I couldn’t even eat the food I had because there wasn’t any flatware.

Save your money!

Awful! Has to pay $12 for parking but no security and dark parking lot. Room was ok but bathroom was nasty. Shower temp kept changing temp and was outdated. Breakfast was nonexistent…we tried 3 times to get anything but there was nothing and breakfast lady was so rude. Save your money on this one!

The desk agent was kind and efficient. I was there for only one night before my flight and the location and ease of getting to airport was perfect for my needs.

This place is LEGIT FALLING APART! States no smoking inside of any kind, but smelled of M.J & witnessed a "housekeeper" vaping in the hallway. Our room reeked of dirty gym socks & wet dog. Elevator lights didn't work, only 1 washer & dryer that's on the top floor. Toilet ran the whole time, bathroom & entry door had to be lifted to close properly, shower handle leaked, overflow in tub was barely on there, sink drain had barc soap stuck in it to make it backfill & the tub was gross! Not to mention the beds are only FULLS, not queens. Fridge was iced over & microwave took Forever to even cook. Breakfast was a joke as well. Had to ask an attendant for hot foods & they decided how much you got. Will Never be back. Ooooh, lastly there was a sign inside the door that states that the daily rate was 399 a day!!! HA! GTFOH

The room was clean and decent, but the bathroom needs updating. I booked through Expedia, but the unexpected parking fee was a major drawback, especially since other LaQuinta locations in Kenner and Metairie and most nearby hotels offer free parking. Additionally, having breakfast only from 5 AM to 9 AM is highly inconvenient. Due to these issues, I would not stay at this location again.

It’s kinda what you would expect for a hotel by the airport. But when we stayed we realized that our door doesn’t close all the way like hinge property along with some other peoples doors who traveled with us. Also our sink was leaking a lot and got water all over the bathroom.

It looked like our room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The only part that looked like it had been changed was the sheets on one of the beds, the other had stains all over the sheets.
