This property had so many tiny roaches in the shower and on the shower curtain when I arrived as well as all over the bed. I went down to let the staff know and that I couldn’t stay in that room. They then proceed to say “ I could put you on the 5th floor and they definitely shouldn’t have any roaches there” like what does that mean?? Did yall know the 3rd floor had them!!

My visit was the worst ever!!!! On 7/24 before checking I I decided to shower before checking out. Upon stepping out the shower a lizard jumped on my foot that scared me half to death. I screamed sooo loud tring to kick the lizard off my foot. I slipped and fell inside the restroom. The general manager was notified also videos were recorded. The general manager agreed to refund me for my stay.

The important stuff worked and was all there, no bugs, helpful staff, continental breakfast, shower and bathroom worked and were not broken or gross, lights all worked, beds were clean and well made. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked nice and relaxing. No soap or shampoo in the shower so you will need to bring your own, and not a lot of outlets to use in the room. They also charge you and $75 deposit on the room, just a heads up, I saw it was refunded already this evening and I checked out thia morning. That said, if I was back in town, i'd stay there again.
