The vending area was not kept up. Very limited in what drinks or other items were available. The breakfast was sketchy at best. Only one day out of four did they have everything they should have had. Also, there was a $30/day charge added for "facilities fees" whether you used anything or not plus the trash was not emptied in our room the four days we were there. l agree I don't need clean towels or sheets everyday, but it does look like they could at least check. The front desk staff was outstaning.

Great location and easy to get to.

Excellent service from staff members, bed was comfy and rooms were a good size with great location. Breakfast was simple but enough to start your day off correctly. However our window curtain had stains all over it, our towels in the bathroom had holes in them and there was a lot of damages to the cupboards and doors. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the wifi didn’t connect and work.

We only stayed 1 night because I wanted to experience New Orleans for the 1st time. The staff were not really all that friendly, they played around too much and the lobby bathrooms were nasty. I will not be coming back to visit

Over all nice location and decor, but..

The room.was clean and well maintained. The shampoo , etc bottles were empty, but didn't realize that until i was IN THE SHOWER and opened them. Had to get out and dig mine out of my luggage all wet. Also, wifi was free but wasnt gi en the code. Had to ask for it. But then, it wouldnt work in my room. In other places of the building, was just fine, but not in the room. Since the tv ran off the wifi, channels went in and out or froze. Tough to watch the NBA playoff aqhen screen freezes.. smh

I stayed there for 3 days, and there was no housekeeping, no beds made, or trash emptied We had to ask for towels or anything else we wanted at the front desk. The furniture in the lobby was extremely worn, and should have been thrown in the trash. The room key had to be used to open the hotel's front door, and to call the elevator. We gave our car to the parking valet upon arrival, and it was hit by another driver before it even reached the garage. My husband was livid, as it an old, sedan which is no longer made, and he keeps it in perfect condition. The breakfast buffet was like a zoo, too many people bumping into each other, shouting across the room to each other, and the line backed up to get food. It took 2 hours to get breakfast the first day, I don't like spending that much time for a meal when I want to spend time visiting the city. I went elsewhere to eat the other 2 days.There was no printed room service menu. As a senior citizen, I don't feel like messing around with a phone that has a tiny screen when I want to see a menu. The only good thing I can say about the room was its size. There was a closet and plenty of space for luggage to be stored. I would not stay at this property again, or recommend it to anyone. I have stayed at other LaQuintas, and those were very well-kept, and pleasant to stay in.

It wasn’t made clear prior to booking that parking is only paid no matter where you park. They do not have a contract with any of the garages or lots. They also charged and additional $35 which should have been included with the fees of the property upfront. This additional cost is not reimbursed and charged with $150 incidental fee.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Things move a little slow when it’s gets overwhelmingly busy, but no complaints in that regard. The breakfast is a hot continental. Our room was great minus the condensation from the air conditioner making the carpet soaked.
