I loved the valet employees as they really did a great job!! The front desk third shift were amazing as well!!! As for the stealing employee, well when u ask for assistance to clean out your room safe because you are disabled and the concierge assured you they got everything out for you and did not as in all actuality when I got home I noticed my expensive eyeglass case with 2500 dollars that was in it was not anywhere to be found. Now I accused my best friend of stealing it and disposed him only to return back to this hotel as I thought it was amazing to go thru two films that were below anyone’s standards only to finally get the same room I had the last trip that was 3 weeks earlier when my husband found the very eyeglass case minus the 2500 dollars in the safe in the room still.
