Beautiful, newly renovated 900sf one bedroom apartment located near City Park & Bayou St. John. Safe neighborhood. Walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, bars and local shops as well as NOMA & City Park,Jazz Fest & historical cemeteries. Street car stop across the street provides direct access to Historical French Quarter. The apartment is above a local coffee-shop. It has a lovely balcony on N.Carrollton Avenue where Endymion Mardi Gras parade rolls.

The Space:
Renovated apartment with high ceilings, central A/C, covered balcony & great central & safe location. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. The large family room also has a pull out sofa in case you need extra sleeping space. Sit back and relax on the balcony after using this central location to explore all of New Orleans! So much in walking distance or a short ride on the street car.

Other Things to Note:
This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

This home is directly above a coffee shop and does get noisy at times. Not recommend for light sleepers.
