The Space
Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building

Unit 2201 is located on the 2nd floor (accessible via elevator) and has huge 12’ tall windows

Ten adults can be accommodated in this 4-bed, 3-bath unit. Two downstairs bedrooms (one king, one queen) share a jack-and-jill style bathroom. A king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is raised via 6 steps, and a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located upstairs. Two additional adults can be accommodated on the queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room

The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering

Your spacious 1,680 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels

Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!

Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit

Arriving prior to check-in time? We are happy to store your luggage until your unit is ready! This service is available after check-out as well. Early check-ins are complimentary if available, but cannot be guaranteed

Our outdoor areas, including pool, hot tubs, sundeck, cabanas, and BBQ grills are available to all guests on property from the hours of 7am until 11pm. Quiet hours begin at 10pm

Let us make your vacation even easier! Grocery stocking is available through our front desk & concierge service. Request our baby package - including pack n play, high chair, children's bowls & utensils, and outlet covers. We can also assist you with booking a private chef, tours & dinner reservations, and more!

Other Things to Note
Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.

If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.

Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! A terrific spot for 9 (nine!) fellas to post up during a bachelor weekend. We took advantage of the amenities here from the pool and hot tubs, the outdoor grilling, the concierge-ing, and the chocolate pirouettes every time we took the elevator. Great showers, comfy beds, and a well-appointed kitchen. Would stay again.

Great stay in New Orleans over Thanksgiving. Perfect place for this trip - kind of a VRBO/Hotel hybrid with a front desk and a pool. Super nice staff, and kid friendly for my daughters (age 10 and 12)

Great place to stay

We arrived early and they allowed us to store our luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the money to stay there. Pool is small but does the job. At check out they allowed us to leave our stuff with them and pick it up later. Can't wait to go back again.

Perfect for a group of women or couples!

We were located within walking distance of the French Quarter, the CBD, Harrah's, the Convention Center and the Shoppes on Canal. We walked to Rouse's to stock up on groceries. The staff was ALWAYS courteous, no matter the question or situation. The property is clean and more sound proof than any other property we've stayed in here in NOLA. Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

The pictures online do not do this place justice! We came down here for a bachelorette party and had the best time. The place was amazing and the perfect space for everyone. The beds were hands down the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and the same with the comforter and sheets. One of the best nights of sleep while on vacation ever. The workers there were more than helpful with whatever we needed and were always there for assistance and help. Lastly, the location was perfect! not too far away from downtown and within walking distance of so much. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental with four couples, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the communication was top-notch. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location couldn’t have been better — it was right along all the parade routes, which added an extra layer of fun to our trip. We were able to step outside and enjoy all the excitement without having to travel far. The atmosphere was lively, and it was great to be in the heart of all the action.The food and music were another highlight. We enjoyed delicious meals that were both convenient and tasty, and the music really set the mood for the entire trip.
