Unsure of the reason but there was a delay getting my room ready. It was well past the check in time. I had a pretty late check in and the night auditor Quintin was extremely helpful and kind. He provided a thorough walk thru of the property and important information I needed to know about my stay. My room was very comfy and perfectly located near a lot of restaurants and venues. The time I spent at the property was always lively and each staff member would greet me with a smile. I highly recommend Moxy for your next visit to New Orleans.

The front desk was rude and the room smelled like natural gas. Had to get my room changed Small rooms.The decor looked like from it was from the dollar store. Not like any other Moxy I have stayed in. Would not recommend.
