We stayed during Essence Festival. This house was able to accommodate 7 adults comfortably! We didn’t realize we need an early check in for one of our guests but Ms. Monique made it happen with no problem! She was so nice and quickly answered all of my questions without hesitation. I have been to New Orleans many times but never got to use the street car and it was just our luck it was literally up the street! We never moved our car until it was time to go! Great locationgreat hostgood time!!!

Weekend game getaway!

Property was perfect location for a quick walk to the rail car to get anywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. The property had everything we needed for the weekend! It was an easy short walk to a convenient mart to get drinks and snacks as well. Monique was easy to work with in us arriving early. Floors could use a little deep cleaning, but overall a great place to stay for location, price, and to have all of us together!

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay, it was super close to the trolly line so we parked and didn't move our vehicles for four days, which is a wonderful thing with all the New Orleans traffic.

Very responsive, convenient location.

Monique the property manager was so easy to work with, and responded quickly. There were a few issues, and she fixed them fast. She even had a new couch delivered since the one that was there fell to the floor when sat on. The only thing is the floors. They are laminate and broken in many places. Before you rent it, make sure you are ok with that, and hopefully those will get fixed. It was close to the trolley and Whole Foods isn't far. Would stay again.

Place was exactly what we needed. Great location near trolley line and or an easy walk back.

Was easy to communicate with the property manager and they were willing to work with our early arrival. Great spot for a group to have a home base as everyone explores the city. Would stay here again on future trips.

Mid-City Luxury in Naw'Lins!

There was 6 of us that stayed at this house. We all loved it. Clean, didn't worry about the cars being parked on the street, quiet & our host responded very quickly to every question we asked. It was within walking distance of everything. We parked our cars when we got there & never got in them again until we went home!!

Nice house in good neighborhood, close to attractions
