Step inside to a spacious double-height living and dining area, beautifully adorned with original artworks created from great local artists. Relax in front of the 85" HDTV or gather around the custom-built dining table that comfortably seats 10. The house has 5 bedrooms, an office, and 4 bathrooms.
Perfect Location:
Your stay is located a short distance from the historic French Quarter and Garden District. Enjoy the convenience of being just minutes to all the action all while having a serene retreat to return to.
The house is a quick and cheap Uber ride to all of the main attractions in New Orleans and just a 5 minute walk to famous St. Charles Avenue.
Driving Times:
Garden District: 3 minutes
Superdome: 5 minutes
French Quarter: 5 minutes
Convention Center: 8 minutes
You can also walk to the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the house to the streetcar.
Other Things to Note:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool is within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.
Pool and Hot Tub: While the hot tub and grill area is private to the house the pool area is shared with three other houses.
Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Keith comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Trevor comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
