Gem of a unit on vibrant Oak Street! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom and flex room with king size memory foam sofa sleeper is steps away from Jacques-Imo's, Maple Leaf and Breads on Oak, you'll enjoy easy access to some of the best dining, music and coffee spots in town.

Lively rich culture with streetcar to Audubon Park just minutes away. Spacious porch for people-watching, morning coffee, or enjoying evening cocktails. Mississippi Levee for walks or relaxation.

This unit is on of three on our property, you will have exclusive access to this rental unit. No other unit has access to this unit. Street parking is available and often available directly in front of the building. The "second living room" has a king size, memory foam, pull out sofa.

You will have access to the entire unit. There is a locked door at the end of the hallway that is permanently closed.

We are available 24/7 for any of your needs!

Our home is part of the Leonidas neighborhood, also known as West Carrollton. This neighborhood is renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and diverse community.
