Excellent stay

Everyone was impressed with the place and our location. We were always able to park in front of the house in the street. The owner was really easy to get in touch with. We were there specifically for the Taylor Swift concert and we never had an issue with getting an Uber. Clesi’s and the Blue Oak were both within walking distance and they were our favorite places to eat at. City Park was also walking distance and we had a lot of fun exploring the park and the Botanical Gardens. If we go back to Orleans, we will definitely stay there again.

Went for convention meet family for the week House is perfect great animates great quiet home base for adventure don't miss city park few minutes away just a couple blocks up for coffee and beignet blue oak BBQ just a few blocks up is one of the best I've been to trolly is close and gave access to he city

Comfortable place to stay in the city

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean, comfortable and very roomy. We like the spacious kitchen, and we liked having two sitting areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The neighborhood felt safe, the neighbors were friendly, and it was conveniently located. It took only a few minutes to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions (we took our young grandchildren to City Park). We would rent this place again.

Newly Renovated

I love this property. It was beautiful. The only thing that would put it clean over the top is off street parking. That was minor because we still were able to park in front of the house. There is a balcony in the back on the second floor. There is a front porch with chairs to sit on. There is also two huge spaces to sit around and talk or to watch TV. The neighborhood is safe. There is a grocery store a mile away. The bathrooms are big and so is the kitchen. There are restaurants also close by the house. There is also other stores and a coffee house. I would definitely rent this house again.

Nothing fancy. Hard to figure out lights, tv, etc. Plumbing and other features not in good repair. Constant low level hum from the many many ceiling speakers. Also, despite the name they charge you a cleaning fee.
