Welcome to the Pete Fountain themed apartment at the beautiful Bella Rose Mansion where Esplanade Ave meets Bourbon St. A location just steps to the French Quarter and Frenchmen St. Enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful courtyard. Stroll along Decatur St to Jackson Square, Cafe du Monde and the river. Head to the French Quarter, Bourbon or Frenchmen in the evening for dinner, drinks and live music.
This apartment has a king bed and queen sofa bed, a smart tv and an equipped kitchenette.

This is one of 5 apartments behind the Bella Rose Mansion on Esplanade Ave. This unit is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only.

Free 2 hour street parking on Esplanade Ave and Bourbon Streets between 7am-7pm. No restrictions between 7pm-7am.
There is a paid premium parking lot 2 blocks away.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Occasionally we can offer an early check in and/or late check out but please check with us closer to your trip. There is a company called bounce that stores luggage with locations nearby.
The pool is for the owners only and is separate from the shared courtyard.
