The space was clean and worked well for our family. We could walk to most of the attractions we came to visit. Although there is no on-site parking, there are many affordable options nearby.

What can I say about this place? The price was right I guess. I never saw a single staffer during my stay, which is fine, just odd. The elevator stinks, the furniture and appointments are dated. If I’d been there for anything other than a work trip I’d be disappointed, but I was basically only in the room when I was sleeping. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was fine.

This property is SO outdated, DIRTY, and smelled TERRIBLE! There were roaches in the room and no one at the desk to even call to tell or anything. I left on the second day and booked elsewhere because I couldn’t stand the disgusting feeling and SMELL another night. Literally the only pro is being walking distance to my conference at the convention center. The self check in wasn’t terrible but I literally didn’t see A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER until I left. She just took my keys and told me have a good day, there was no formal checkout or asking me how the stay was. 1/10 (ONLY because of the walking distance location)

Mardi Gras trip 2025
