Dont trust this renter.

I was contacted a day before check in sayinthe AC wasnt working. New Orleans in June with no air conditioning, no thanks. He said he would refund me completely and waive all fees. As soon as i said i will take the refund he ghosted me. No he is not helping at all with me getting a refund now that the stay is over and i rented another house with AC.
