The room was very clean. The only thing that was iffy was the elevator. It was old and the morning we left an alarm was going off inside. We almost took the stairs but we had multiple bags.

The room was clean but the surrounding areas quite dirty dusty. The staff were friendly. There was no water left at the breakfast when I asked they said no more. Period. Not impressed. Food was ok but there was hardly anything left when I went in the morning.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your property. The room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and ice bucket, which appeared to have been removed. This is well below the level of quality and comfort I have come to expect from Ramada. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be staying at this location again.

There was no coffee cups or large plates available. They also ran out of eggs and didn't have butter for the toast or waffles. The room floor was unsafe as i strpped on glass and cut my foot.

My Boyfriends and I were out of town partying while my husband stayed home with the kids thinking that i am on a girls weekend trip! 3 young men in their 20's and just me! Was a little expensive and i was very sore by the end of it! And my stupid husband actually love's me so he will end up paying the bill! Lol! But this place was a little run down! Obviously mismanaged

Here's the list of issues I had during my stay: 1. The room was not cleaned up good enough. There was long female hair in the bathroom, and the room had an odor. 2. The room had bedbugs, I itched the whole night I was sleeping. When I came home to FL after my trip I ended up having a bedbug infestation in my own house. 3. I asked for a refund at the checkout and the guy said the room reservation was done through Hotels.com and I need to take it up with them. 4. The hotel looked like a ghetto place 5. The fitness room was stinky and filthy. 6. The pool was filthy too. There was dead leaves and hair residue floating in the pool.

When I arrived to the hotel I had to wait because they said they had to clean the room once I got in the room you smell the pine sol so loud you couldn’t stay in there .. to top if off the floor was EXTRA SLIPPERY throughout the whole stay I came from outta town n just expected a better experience.but the light skin girl was very nice …
