If I could give this hotel a 0/5 stars I would. My room smelled like dirty feet and my air conditioning did not work. I asked the staff to fix the air twice and they didnā€™t take care of it or offer me another room. My colleagues staying in another room had dirty toenails and a used razor in their shower. They didnā€™t clean their room the entire time we were there. DISGUSTING! Would never stay here again.

Great staff and location was amazing. Only issue was 1 day without hot water when the boilers went out, mentioned it to the front desk and the lady reacted like it was a burden for her. On check in a different lady gave us great recommendations on places to go see and eat.

Great but noisy

Great stay. Only complaint is the high level of noise from over a hundred college students on our floor. Worse being next to the elevators. Didn't know it was frat formal weekend šŸ˜¢

We got a competitive rate in an area that's close to the French Quarter. However, the area was not as quiet as we had hoped. One reason is the streetcar that runs right past the hotel late at night and early in the morning; another is the pickup by big, noisy trucks of garbage containers next to the hotel. The staff was friendly, but when you get a text message from the front desk every day asking if everything is fine, it doesn't help if you don't get a response when you alert them to an issue in your room (our toilet was loose and had to be fastened). Good price, but not ideal if you're sensitive to noise.
